Cocktail Description
Take one sip and you’re lying on a beach with your toes in the sand. House blended passionfruit rum and allspice dram (fancy delicious rum mix with baking spices) make a powerful tropical base with layers of flavour. If sour is your thing we add plenty of lime juice and a sustainable sweetener. Leftover citrus peels are kept to make a scrap syrup with orange blossom aromatics.
